Should your veterinarian diagnose a serious, untreatable contagious illness within 10 days of arrival, and this is confirmed by a written report, please inform us immediately. A full review will be conducted, and in extreme cases, we may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Buyer Responsibilities
For our health guarantee to remain valid, it is important for new owners to:
Schedule a wellness exam by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your kitten

Complete initial booster vaccination protocols as recommended by your veterinarian

Exclusions
